Lemmy Kilmister, the band’s bassist and died suddenly on December 28, 2015. Lemmy was the front man and bass player for Motörhead for the four decade reign of Motörhead. His unique sound had a decisive influence on Motörhead's style – as well as continuing to shape the sound of new bands to this day.
